What does my ticket include? The LEAD25 conference package includes three nights accommodation, two full day conference and evening social events. If you wish to extend your stay with extra nights, please contact events@belleproperty.com

Are flights included? Flights are not included in the conference ticket. A reminder any mini bar or expenses outside of the scheduled conference package is at your own cost.

Can I bring my spouse to stay with me? Yes! Spouses are welcome to join social evening events or also attend the conference as an attendee. You can choose the relevant package which suits your needs.

Is there parking available at the event venue? Valet parking for hotel guests is $100 per day, subject to availability.

When should I arrive in Sydney? We recommend arriving to Sydney by early afternoon on Sunday 4th May to allow time for check-in at 3:00pm and to join us for the welcome event at 6:00pm.

What time does the event start? Our first event will be the Welcome Event at CirQ (located at the hotel) which kicks off at 6.00pm. A full schedule of events will be available soon – keep an eye out for any updates from events@belleproperty.com

Can I book my accommodation direct and not book the package? No, we have a group deal with the hotel for all rooms for the required three nights.

Can I attend the conference only and/or book my accommodation separately? No, this is an all inclusive package that includes accommodation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the conference experience. We encourage you to take advantage of the complete package to make the most of the event and its offerings.

What if I need a different bed configuration in my room or upgrade my room? Please reach out to events@belleproperty.com and we will contact Crown reservation on your behalf. Additional charges may apply at your own expense and requests are subject to availability.

When will I receive a confirmation of the booking? You will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your registration on the website. Closer to the event, a personalised email with your detailed conference booking and additional information will be sent to you.

What is the cancellation/refund policy? Tickets booked are refundable up until 30 days from the start of event. Post this date no cancellations or refunds can be honored due to financial commitments provide to hotels and venues for minimum numbers.

Can I pay for my ticket in instalments? No, tickets must be paid in full at the time of registration by credit card. Alternatively, you can select to pay via invoice using bank transfer or other payment methods.

What is the Dress Code? Smart casual for the day conference and cocktail for evening social events. If you're joining Megan's walking tour or planning to use the hotel's fitness facilities, be sure to pack light workout clothes.

What's the weather in Sydney? Temperatures range between 12°C – 20°C. It's a good idea to bring a jacket for the evenings, as it can get cool.

I can't attend in person, can I join virtually? Lead is designed to be immersive and impactful in person experience and we feel its best experienced live and wouldn't be able to offer the same experience virtually.
